Scope of Application

1 - We will confirm booking through mail or email, and inform you that we recieved the 25% deposit of the cost of your stay.

2 - The period booked for will be charged entirely, without taking into account late arrival or early departure. Please clear the full amount of your stay upon arrival.

3 - A 150€ damage-deposit is required upon arrival. It will be returned to guests during the week following departure, if rented facilities were left clean and undeteriorated (house cleaning is not included in rental price).

4 - Cancellation. If cancellation is made 45 days prior to booking datel, deposit will be kept in damages. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to booking date, total amount of the booking will be charged.
